
Sandy Grannen Varsity Coach |
Coach Sandy Grannen graduated from Minster High School, a public high school located in Minster, Ohio, which is in the East Central Region of Ohio. She then later graduated from the University of Dayton. Coach Grannen has been coaching every year since she graduated college. The Men's Varsity Volleyball Team is the 38th different team that she has coached. She has coached at the Jr. High for three seasons, and it is currently her third season at the Sycamore High School. Away from coaching so many different volleyball teams, Sandy Grannen works at Cincinnati Bell as a software engineer. |
Jeff Davis

Mr. Jeff Davis graduated from Edgewood High School in the year 1972. He then later graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in the year 1976. This is Mr. Davis' first year coaching at Sycamore all together. But before he coached at Sycamore, he was the coach for Amelia High School Girls team for 20 years. He also coached for the Anderson HIgh School Girls team for 10 years. Other than coaching for many years of volleyball, Mr. Jeff Davis teaches physical education at Amelia Elementary School. |

Tom Villari

Prior to
coming to serve the staff and students at Sycamore High School, Mr. Villani
taught Social Studies at Fairborn High School and also served as the Media
Specialist at Baker Junior High school in Fairborn. Mr. Villani also serves as a
7th grade girls volleyball coach at Sycamore Jr. High.
Mr. Villani is the Media Specialist for Sycamore High School. He has earned a
Master's Degree in Education from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and
also earned his Media Specialist License and Social Studies Teaching License
from Wright State. He has also earned a Bachelor's Degree in
Telecommunications from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
Mr. Villani
has worked in Restaurant Management for Domino's Pizza and Bob Evans, and served
in the U.S. Army spending one year in the Republic of Korea. |
Elaine Marrinan

Ms. Ealaine Marrian went to and graduated from Chaminade-Julienne Catholic High School in Dayton. She has not graduated from colledge yet because she is currently a junior at The Ohio State University. She is on track to graduate in the spring of 2010. This has been her very first season coaching volleyball. Before coaching for Sycamore, she only worked at volleyball camps. In January Ms. Marrian started working as a co-op in logistics at GE Aviation here in Cincinnati. In the fall she will go back to being a full-time student in Columbus at Ohio State.
