Cheerleaders tumble into a busy week

As the New Year starts, so does a very busy first week back to [Link Text](http://www.goaves.com cheerleading. Cheer squads have three games this week- one against Lakota East on Wednesday Jan. 3, then Middle Town on Friday Jan. 5, and lastly, Loveland on Saturday Jan 6.
“I really like how busy we are with cheer. It keeps me active and focused on things that really matter like school and extracurricular activities,” said Tesa Scholl, 10.
All squads have to report to practice now that school is back in- “Although we had games over break, we didn’t have practice. Now that schools back in, we will resume practices,” said JV Coach Rana Edginton.
“I loved cheering with the girls over winter break. We spent a lot of time together during the holiday season and it was a fun experience. Some of the girls got each other presents and it feels like were family,” said Sam Smith, 10.
